Overview

Since 2013 Carolyn has assisted in various areas of conveyancing including client and banking communications to ensure a smooth transaction for all clients. Having worked for approximately 10 years in the role of Conveyancing Assistant for Nicole Yeaman, Carolyn has a firsthand understanding of the role of both parties in a property transaction.

Her attention to detail and high level of communication ensure a smooth Conveyancing process and she believes this is assisted by having a good relationship with not only the client, but the agent and legal professionals involved in the transaction.

What Carolyn enjoys most about Conveyancing is being able to make that telephone call to our client once a matter has settled to give them the good news that they have bought or sold their property.
